Trace Investigations was founded in 1990 by Don C. Johnson, the only Certified Legal Investigator™ in South Central Indiana and one of less than 125 in the U.S. He is a past president of the Indiana Society of Professional Investigators; a member of the National Association of Legal Investigators, the National Council of Investigation and Security Services; and the Council of International Investigators. Johnson is a published author and editor of PI Magazine, a national journal. He has appeared on national TV and lectured on suspicious death investigations, skip tracing and pre-employment screening.
